You'll find me wandering- an acoustic tune in my ear, mountain breeze in my hair.

You'll find me with a heart full of hope that love is our greatest salvation.

You'll find me creating photographs that combine these, my deepest purposes, love and travel.

I document great adventures, whether it be you marrying the love of your life, you playing in the great outdoors, or your clothing line

An exploration of every photograph's subject: light.

Beautiful golden hour images? Yeah, we all have them. What's next? How do you tell a consistent story with your brand through all kinds of light?(Looking at you, wedding photographers!) We'll explore three kinds of tough lighting situations and learn how to make them work or you, not against you, so you  can get back to making badass photographs!

syllabus

Week One: Hotel Light. We've all walked into a shoot where the room is messy, there is limited available light, and there seems like no way in hell to pull off beautiful images. WRONG. This is my favorite lighting situation and we will explore how to make the most out of these situations.

Week Two: Noon Light. We will be exploring how to use direct light to our advantage. This will include tips on posing, finding and utilizing interesting shadows, and editing for color consistency.

Week Three: Mixed and Low Light. We've all walked past light that we labeled as "bad." This week we will explore how to make creative photographs using neon light, DJ lights, or whatever we happen to find while walking around.

All three weeks will include a segment on editing for consistent colors and mood.
